What’s New

We have released a new version of URL and File Uploads. We heard your feedback on wanting a clearer way to upload URLs and documents, and now we have it! There is a (+) button on your AI Profiles and Lounges to now upload local files, Google Drive documents, YouTube links, hosted files, as well as any other website that you want to save to your personal AI memory!

We created videos to assist you with URLs (Watch a 8 min video 👀) and with local files (Watch a 5 min video 👀).

New Messaging and Lounge Features Come to the iOS App: The latest update to the iOS mobile app introduces several new features to improve the messaging and lounge experience. Users can now quickly invite multiple contacts to chat by batch selecting names from their contact list. The app also adds a new action modal for lounge owners to remove or block participants if needed. For organization, the update removes the separate "My Lounges" section and consolidates all lounges into one feed. In lounges, users now have the flexibility to create lounge names using spaces and numbers, rather than just letters. Overall, these updates allow for better messaging controls, improved lounge management, and more customization options. #messaging #lounges #iosapp

Australia

Thailand

Taiwan

This expanded availability will allow more users around the world to access the app's messaging and lounge capabilities. What are some other countries you would like to see added? Submit a Request

Lounge Invite Requests: We have added a section in your lounge invites to both accept pending invitations to join other lounges as well as accept people into your own lounges.

AI Training Templates: New users are now entered in a multi-day new user training journey that spans many interests, use cases, and hobbies.

Expand the Knowledge of Your Personal AI

How do I upload to my Personal AI?

We're excited to share some tips on how to upload content directly to your Personal AI.

Expanding the knowledge of your personal AI assistant is easy with a few simple uploading techniques.

Direct uploads like URLs, documents, and videos are a fast way to teach your AI useful background knowledge, your own tone and writing style, specialized terminology you know, and the topics you are passionate about. This additional personalized data improves your AI's comprehension, accelerates its learning, and helps it better represent you in conversations.

How do I upload a URL? 🔗

To upload a URL, start by copying any publicly viewable URL with readable text. Open your AI chat interface and tap the plus icon to add content. Paste in the URL and select which AI profile to train. Adding a descriptive title and hashtags provides context for your AI about the document. Finally, upload it to your AI's Memory Stack. The text and images from the web page will automatically be extracted and added to your assistant's knowledge base.

Uploading Documents 📜

Uploading .docx, .md, .txt, and .pdf documents are just as simple. Open your AI chat interface and tap the plus icon to add content. Drop your file or browse your computer for a file, then select which AI profile to train. Adding a descriptive title and hashtags provides context for your AI about the document. Finally, upload it to your AI's Memory Stack. The text and images from the web page will automatically be extracted and added to your assistant's knowledge base.

Importing YouTube Transcripts 🎦

YouTube video transcripts can also be used. Find the YouTube video you want, ensure it is public or unlisted, and copy the URL. Paste the video URL into the web page uploader. The transcript will automatically be extracted and incorporated into your AI's memory.

Best Practices 🏆

To get the most out of your uploads, focus on your specific areas of expertise and interest. Use titles and hashtags to provide context for your AI about the meaning of the content. Re-stack items into different AI profiles as you refine training. And search your Memory Stack to find particular uploads again.

With these effective uploading techniques, you can rapidly teach your personal AI using your own content. Check the documentation for more details on expanding your AI's knowledge through memory uploads. Let us know if you have any other questions!
